Carefree Clean Concept
One product for interior, sanitary and floors
Tevan Oxsilive is a new and revolutionary cleaning agent based on hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid. With Oxsilive you can easily and effectively clean floors, sanitary facilities and interior. This makes it no longer necessary to buy a large number of traditional cleaning products.
What is the Carefree Clean Concept?
The Carefree Clean Concept ensures that method errors no longer occur during cleaning. With the help of our dosing system, you can easily set different dosages for different cleaning applications. For example, we have the periodical dosage, the daily dosage and a separate dosage for the periodic descaler. This means you always have the correct dosage of cleaning products. In addition to the correct dosage, the correct method is of course also important. With the help of a work trolley, you have all the resources you need to carry out the Carefree Clean method correctly.
What is Tevan Oxsilive?
Tevan Oxsilive is a cleaning agent based on hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid. The product has an oxidizing effect, which breaks down dirt. Oxsilive contains no detergents or chlorine and is completely biodegradable. The product has a degreasing effect, is slightly lime-inhibiting and eliminates urine odors. Tevan Oxsilive is a concentrated cleaning agent, which means that you do not transport and store water.
Multimix dosing unit
The Tevan dosing unit ensures that you always use the correct dosage when cleaning. The dosing unit works for both cleaning and disinfection products. We supply the dosing unit in four different options:
- 1 x 14 liters per minute (suitable for 1 cleaning or disinfecting product).
- 4 x 14 liters per minute (suitable for 4 cleaning or disinfecting products).
- 1 x 4 liters per minute (suitable for 1 cleaning or disinfecting product).
- 4 x 4 liters per minute (suitable for 4 cleaning or disinfecting products).
The dosing unit is delivered fully ready for use. We set up the dosing unit for you based on the products you use. This means you never use too much or too little cleaning products. We personalize the label for you based on the products used. It is also possible to add your logo to the label on request.
Deep clean
When you switch from traditional cleaners to Oxsilive, you start with a deep cleaning. Traditional cleaning products often leave residues. You can easily remove these residues with a high dose of Oxsilive with a processing time of 15 minutes.
Daily use
After the deep clean, you have removed all residues of old products. Now you can start using Oxsilive for daily cleaning. For this you use the standard dosage.
Periodic descaler
Despite the slightly acidic solution of Oxsilive, it may be necessary to use a periodic descaler. Tevan has different descalers suitable for the Carefree Clean method, depending on the number of limescale deposits.
Cleaning of interior and sanitary facilities
With Oxsilive and the Carefree Clean method, you can easily and hygienically clean your interior and sanitary facilities. This can be done in two ways:
1. Prepare microfiber cloths in a preparation box on your work trolley. You do this by filling the box with 30 ml of ready-to-use Oxsilive per microfibre cloth. Use blue cloths for interior cleaning and red cloths for sanitary cleaning.
2. Moisten dry microfibre cloths with a spray bottle.
In both cases, it is important to regularly replace the microfibre cloth with a clean and impregnated microfibre cloth.
Cleaning floors
When you are going to clean the floor with Oxsilive, it is important to start with a deep cleaning. This removes soap residue from old cleaning products. Moisten the floor generously with microfibre mops and let the product work for 15 minutes. Then scrub with a broom or scrubber drier (depending on the floor surface) so that all the dirt comes loose and can be removed.
After the deep clean, the floor is back in ideal condition. This makes daily floor cleaning a lot easier. Cleaning will be less intensive and will therefore take less time. Use prepared microfibre mops to clean the floor streak-free every day.
With 1 microfibre mop, you can clean approximately 25 square meters of floor space. For periodical cleaning, you need 2 liters of Oxsilive for 5 mops with zero dosing. For daily floor cleaning, you need 1 liter of Oxsilive per 5 mops with a daily dosage.
